WN Operating, Inc. (WN) is a small, private, independent company engaged

in the exploration, development, acquisition and production of oil and

natural gas.

WN has focused it’s operations in the shallow areas of Northeastern Oklahoma.

These areas are rich in Oklahoma oil and gas history with prolific production

Found at depths less than 4000 feet. WN currently operates twenty-file (25)

Properties; twenty-one (21) in Northeastern Oklahoma and four (4) in the

Deeper regions of the Anadarko Basin in Western Oklahoma.

WN has headquarters in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, a small town of approximately

Fourteen thousand (14,000) people. Okmulgee is located approximately

Thirty-five (35) miles due South of Tulsa, Oklahoma. This location is in close proximity

To all of it’s properties and enables the company to keep in close contact with contract

Field personnel on a daily basis. This central location also allows the company to

Keep operating and overhead expenses to a minimum. WN is experienced in all

Phase of the oil and gas business, including generating and evaluating

Drilling prospects, evaluating producing properties, drilling and completing

Oil and natural gas wells, leasehold and production acquisitions and the development

And production of oil and natural gas. The company is also highly experienced in monthly

Operations including oil and gas accounting, join account billings, gas balancing, disbursements

And governmental filings.
